Ms. Karren Foster serves as the Acting Head of Practicum at the Mico University College. Her function includes leading the Unit wherein she acts as the liaison for internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the vital activities involved in the practicum process.

Her role requires logistical planning and coordination to ensure the organization and smooth execution of workshops/seminars for all stakeholders prior to and during the various practicum exercises. She is also responsible for overseeing the collection and review of feedback from academic departments and other practicum stakeholders for strategic planning and improvement. As a pioneer of transformation, Mrs Marlene Lawrence-Grant is consistently working on improving the unit by encouraging greater collaboration internally and externally, implementing various programmes to add diversity to the practicum experience, and devising solutions for the benefit of all.
